Residential bill breakdown
A breakdown of Time-of-Use (TOU) and Tiered pricing bills.

TOU bill
With TOU pricing, you pay according to the time of day and day of the week you use electricity, so it's up to you to manage how much electricity you use and when.

ULO bill
With ULO pricing, you pay according to the time of day and day of the week you use electricity, but with an ultra-low overnight rate. It’s up to you to manage how much electricity you use and when.

Tiered pricing bill
Some of our residential customers are charged Tiered rates. With Tiered pricing, you're charged one rate for electricity usage up to a certain amount of consumption (or threshold) per month, and a higher rate for electricity used above that amount.

Suite metering ULO bill
This sample bill is for customers who are billed according to ULO pricing and live in condo or apartment building units that are metered individually. This means you're only paying for the electricity your individual unit uses based on ULO pricing.

Suite metering Tiered pricing bill
