Set up a new account for your home
Before you begin, please gather the following information:
- The address and date of possession of your new home
- Two methods of identification:
- Your date of birth
- Your Canadian driver's licence number, passport number, citizenship number or place of employment
- If you're a tenant:
- The name and phone number of your landlord or property manager
Move or stop service
To close your account or submit a change of address, please log in to your online account.

Set up a new account for your business
Before you begin, you'll need the following information handy:
- The address and date of possession of your new location
Two methods of identification:
- Your date of birth
- Legal business name, Business Identification Number (BIN), business owner's name(s) or contact phone number
If you're a tenant:
- The name and phone number of your landlord or property manager
