Book an energy coaching session.
Connect with a Toronto Hydro energy expert to explore heat pump options, available incentives and low‑interest financing — including the City of Toronto’s Home Energy Loan Program (HELP).

Complete your session (now until July 31, 2026).
You’re also eligible if you completed an energy coaching session anytime after September 26, 2025 — even if you’ve already installed a heat pump.

You’re automatically entered.
After July 31, 2026, we’ll randomly select six winners to receive a $5,000 rebate toward a qualifying heat pump installation.
Winners will have until November 30, 2026 to install a qualifying heat pump and submit proof of installation to redeem the prize.

Heat pumps are one of the most effective ways to upgrade comfort and reduce emissions at home. When you install a heat pump, you’ll get:
- Year-round comfort
- More consistent temperatures in every room
- Improved local air quality
- Less energy use compared to conventional systems (may vary based on home efficiency, installation and usage)

- 18 years of age or older
