The Skyline Social is one of the OEN's signature networking events, attracting professionals from across Ontario's energy ecosystem, including utilities, regulators, government agencies, technology providers and industry partners. Against the backdrop of Toronto's skyline, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with peers while gaining insight into issues at the forefront of the sector.

This event comes at a critical time for the industry. Electrification, population growth, housing development and increasing demand from businesses are putting new pressures on electricity systems across the province. At the same time, utilities are balancing the need to modernize aging infrastructure while maintaining reliability and affordability for customers.

As the leader of one of Canada's largest municipal electricity distributors, Ms. Mosley is helping guide Toronto Hydro through this evolving landscape. Her fireside chat will touch on the utility's role in supporting Toronto's growth, preparing the grid for future demand, navigating the energy transition, and contributing to Ontario and Canada’s broader energy and economic objectives.

Ms. Mosley brings more than 25 years of experience in the electricity sector, with expertise in operations, safety, regulatory affairs, government policy, customer experience and grid modernization. She joined Toronto Hydro as President and CEO in August 2024 after serving in several senior leadership positions at ENMAX Corporation, including President of ENMAX Power Corporation.

Prior to ENMAX, she held executive and technical leadership roles with the Alberta Electric System Operator, TransAlta Utilities and AltaLink Management Limited. She currently serves as Chair of Electricity Canada and sits on the boards of the Ontario Energy Association and the Western Energy Institute. Her industry leadership has earned national recognition, including being named one of Canada's Most Powerful Women by WXN in 2023.

Registration for the OEN Skyline Social is open now through the OEN's event page. Early registration is recommended.
