Guillaume Paradis is the Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer at Toronto Hydro, where he oversees all aspects of grid operations, capital construction, engineering and asset management.
Mr. Paradis brings two decades of progressive leadership experience spanning Ontario’s energy and utilities sector, including most recently at Hydro Ottawa, where he served as Executive Vice-President, Distribution, Generation and Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Paradis holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario. He is a certified member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) and serves as a founding member and Co-Chair of the Total Grid Orchestration (TGO) Alliance.
