How it works
We estimate your annual electricity costs and divide that amount into equal monthly payments, so you pay the same amount each month.
Once a year, we compare your Equal Payment Plan payments to your actual electricity costs.
Any overpayment or underpayment is applied to your next bill. If the annual reconciliation shows that you owe an amount equal to or exceeding your average monthly bill, we’ll recover the balance over the following year’s equal monthly payments.
Note: Prior to registering for an Equal Payment Plan, your account must be paid in full.
