Federico Zeni is the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Toronto Hydro Corporation. As a member of the executive management team, he is responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance for strategy and business planning, accounting and financial reporting, treasury, taxation, internal audit, and compliance functions for Toronto Hydro Corporation and its subsidiaries. Prior to this appointment, he was Controller at Toronto Hydro and has held various roles within the organization since joining in 2004.
Mr. Zeni has more than 17 years of financial and senior leadership experience within the energy industry, leading the organization's business planning process and overseeing the management systems for financial reporting of the organization's strategy and growth.
Mr. Zeni holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.
