Our Contact Centre will be closed on Friday, August 2 while we perform system maintenance. Access to your online account will also be unavailable from approximately 10 p.m. on Thursday, August 1 to 8 a.m. on Tuesday, August 6.
Customers will still be able to report outages and safety concerns to our Trouble Dispatch team by calling 416-542-8000 (and pressing 1) or reporting it to us online. Thank you in advance for your patience.
