Toronto Hydro's Conditions of Service and five reference documents are changing. The proposed implementation date is January 1, 2026.
The revisions focus on updating technical requirements, enhancing policy clarity and improving customer service. These changes provide customers with clearer guidance on their roles and obligations when interacting with Toronto Hydro while ensuring alignment with current processes, standards and regulatory requirements.
