Help to pay your electricity bill

We understand that sometimes it can be hard to pay your bill. If you’ve recently received a disconnection notice or you’re struggling to pay past due bills, the Low‑Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) offers one‑time grants of up to $500 (up to $600 for electrically heated homes).

Depending on your family income and the number of people in your home, you could be eligible for LEAP, as follows:
