Switch to eBills for Convenience and to Help the Environment. eBills offers you the convenience of viewing and paying your hydro bill online – simply and securely, whenever you wish.

HERE IS A QUICK EBILLS OVERVIEW

What are eBills?

eBills are electronic versions of paper bills that you can view online. When you sign up for eBills from

Toronto Hydro-Electric System Limited, you will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail.

Why Should I Sign Up for eBills?

eBills are convenient. You can access your current and previous bills (up to two years) online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can pay your bills directly online, at your financial institution's Web site. And regardless of where you are, away on business or

away for the winter, as long as you have access to the Internet, you can have access to your account.

eBills are also environmentally friendly. No more paper bills - unless, of course, you wish to print one yourself.

Will I Continue to Receive a Paper Copy of My Bill Through the Mail?

Once you have signed up for eBills, you will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail. An e-mail will be sent to the address that you provided, advising you that your eBill is ready for viewing. Remember, since you no longer are receiving a bill in the mail, you must

arrange to pay your eBill online at your financial institution's Web site, or automatically using Toronto Hydro-Electric System Limited's convenient Pre-Authorized Payment Plan.

Who Can Sign Up For eBills?

All Toronto Hydro-Electric System Limited residential and business customers are welcome to join. If you have access to a PC and the Internet, you can take advantage of this easy-to-use service.

Please note: If you have several different Toronto Hydro-Electric System Limited accounts, for your security, we ask that you establish a User Name and Password for each of your accounts.

Are Toronto Hydro-Electric System Limited eBills the Same As a Paper Statement?

Yes, the information is the same. However, your eBill cannot be printed and then used to make a payment at a financial institution. The absence of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) coding prevents the bank

from processing your payment. Of course, your eBill can be paid online at your financial institution's Web site.
