HOW DOES IT WORK?

You will still receive bills approximately two weeks prior to the due date. On the bill due date the actual billing charges as indicated on your bill will be automatically withdrawn from your chequing account. You will know exactly how much will be deducted from your account and when.

If you've signed up or would like to sign up for eBills, you'll double your convenience by receiving your bill over the Internet.

How to Apply

All you need to participate in the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan is an account at any financial institution that provides banking and chequing facilities. If your bank account is a joint account, we require the signatures of all account holders at the bottom of the completed form.

To apply or make changes to an existing Pre-authorized Payment Plan, download the form, print it, and fax or mail it to us for processing. You will know your application has been processed once you see "Amount to be Withdrawn" on page 1 of your bill.
