NOTE: If you're a landlord and you own or operate a property or residential complex that have unmetered units, you can receive the lower tier threshold (600 kWh per month from May 1 to October 31 and 1,000 kWh from November 1 - April 30) allowance for each unmetered unit by declaring them. You're urged to fully complete and sign the Declaration Form.

To Qualify:
Pursuant to the Regulation filed under s. 79.4 (1)(a) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998, you qualify if you own or operate a:
- Property as defined in the Condominium Act, 1998
- Residential complex as defined in the Tenant Protection Act, 1997
- Property that is owned or leased by a co-operative as defined in the Co-Operative Corporation Act.
