These committees represent 100% of Toronto Hydro’s workforce. Labour relations Toronto Hydro works closely with the Power Workers’ Union (PWU) and the Society of Energy Professionals to build and maintain long-term, constructive, and mutually beneficial relationships. Unionized employees represent approximately 61% of the workforce.
