G4-LA5 Formal Joint Management-Worker Health and Safety Committees There are approximately 37 members in the Joint Health and Safety Committees, of which 17 represent the employer and 20 represent workers. These committees represent 96% of Toronto Hydro’s workforce. Corporate KPI: Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate (TRIF) TRIF represents the total number of recordable injuries12 per 200,000 exposure hours. Since 2007, occupational injuries have been reduced by 82%.
