We rely on our highly-skilled employee base and contractors to keep the power flowing to our growing city. We’re giving special attention to the certified and skilled trades, and designated and technical professional positions. These jobs require a specialized skill set — which takes years to acquire — in order to design, build and maintain our distribution system safely. Through our varied apprenticeship programs, we’re working to ensure that our seasoned trades professionals are able to transfer their knowledge to the next generation of employees.
